       What patches are good for

       Basically patches are only good for making cigerettes. But if
       you do not do that with them you have to put it on your arm for
       20 seconds holding it there so it sticks. Otherwise if it keeps
       falling off you like it does me, just try any other method of
       NRT to solve the problem.
