Still on NRT but getting there or Does being on NRT qualify for
not smoking? I don't see smoke.

I have smoked a long time chain smoking really bad and have
found myself in a good place using NRT Nicorette Gum to maintain
my quit. I have bought a lot of stuff during my quit and would
not have been able to do it without quitting smoking. I do now
drink a lot of juice, my Dr says its because I am replacing
cigarettes with the sugar in juice. The truth is there is sugar
in cigarettes and honey and bees wax, and rocket fuel and 4 000
in total damaging things.
I hope the next time I make a post it will be off NRT but I am
at least planning on it.

I am currently on Nicotine gum. 4mg Gum. I have been able to
chew for 3 hours then spit it out and wait 1 hour before chewing
again. I do have the Nicorette Inhailer the Pipe if I want to go
back to it. I aim only to use the pipe if I have to be in a
smoking environment but hopefully I will never enter a smoking
environment again. I have to get off the nicotine. So I will
report my progress. So far Chew for 3 hours and spit out then
wait 1 hour. Currently I am chewing every 4 hours but never go
to bed chewing. I will fall asleep with nicotine happening. Its
important I sleep with no nicotine. 8)

I have basically Quit Smoking Cigs for 4 years now just using
NRT instead. But I hope this forum will help me get there in all
aspects of my life and finally be Smoke Free and NRT Free. I can
make the claim that I achieved the latter for 5 weeks in my
life. If i have achieved that then. I can do it again but it may
mean repeating exactly what I was doing at the time which was
basically Church and Christian contacts 7 days of the week.
