       Amend S4.3 and S4.4 from this:

       > 3. Once a rule has been proposed, any player may reply to the
       post with discussion, or their vote.
       > a. Players may vote in affirmation or negation of a proposal.
       > b. Each player may have one vote.
       > c. The last post made by a player with their vote is the
       recorded vote.
       > d. Players must also post that they motion for discussion to
       end on a proposal.
       > 4. Once two-thirds of all players have moved to end discussion
       on a proposal, all recorded votes on the proposal will be
       tallied.
       > a. If a proposal has at an affirmative vote of at least
       three-fourths of all players, the proposal is passed.  It
       becomes a part of the rule-set once the Chairman has
       acknowledged its passage and has updated the ruleset reflecting
       the change.
       > b. If a proposal does not have the affirmative vote of at
       least three-fourths of all players, the proposal is not passed.
       It will then be moved to the achives and no change will be made
       to the ruleset.
