Proposal. New Rule: Commissions

S9. Commissions
1. The Chairman may appoint a Commission to handle a
responsibility that the Chairman seeks to be fulfilled.
Commissions may do any of the following:
a. Give a report on the status of anything pertaining
to the Supreme Nomic
b. Describe their thoughts on an issue
c. Create materials used to aid the Supreme Nomic
d. Make suggestions towards improving the Supreme Nomic
2. Commissions do not have legislative authority (their
reports are only suggestive).
3. Commissions can consist of any number of players from
any sub-nomic of the Supreme Nomic.
4. The Chairman appoints a Commission by posting the
following information:
a. The name of the Commission
b. The duties of the Commission
c. The members of the Commission
d. The suggested due date of the report.
5. The Chairman may edit their Commission at any time.

Chiefly, I really want to create a cohesive history book of our
Nomic. But think there are other benefits of this; like creating
thinking tanks to really brainstorm specific issues deeper than
we can. We have to focus on four pieces of legislation at all
times (not to mention 3 sub-nomics worth of proposals). If we
have a couple people really dedicated to it, they can report
loopholes or problems and whatnot.
