Proposal. Amend Rule S3.2

f. Once a winner has been declared for each office,
all winning candidates assume their office immediately.

1) What has changed?
2) Can we change the revote procedure? That seems to have
been... Iffy in the past.

I added deadlines for each stage of the election, so they occur
in a swifter fashion.
I clarified the procedure in a few places. For example, you
vote by posting who you want for each office at the same time.
I also reworded the 'all players in sub-nomics vote' clause.
I simplified ending elections.
I simplified breaking ties.

If you want, you can compare it side-by-side with the current
rule. It's not a huge reform but its a start, and I think it's
a better than rule than we currently have.

K. I will pass IFF we fix the revoting procedure. I feel THAT
definitely gives too much power to the Chairman (sorry iq)

Sorry. I would do this.
"If there is a tie between two candidates, there will be a
revote. This will be announced in the same fashion as a normal
election and will follow the same steps and timeline. If there
is a third tie, then the vote will go between the Chairman,
ViceChairman and Secretary in power during the election. This
allows there to not be a tie."
