based off of what I have read, I feel that the third vote should
not have been eligible for sending into a re-vote.

Also, it requires (if you want to go your way) that ALL players
vote. Considering Cody and Branson both did not vote, it would
also make the vote null and void. Correct?

Care to hold a hearing on the matter?

Let's put this on hold and work on a new judicial system that
you still have failed to take the responsibility to read.
Ignoring it does not make it go away Mr. Martin, though it seems
you feel that way with many other proposed legislation that you
do not read. Nonetheless, let's pass the judicial branch so we
can have a FAIR hearing.

You're right, pausing the entire so you can pass a completely
new judicial system that YOU wrote is a fair system. There is
nothing in the rules about pausing the game. It only says to
execute the election and hearings as is. With all due respect
Chairman, this is an absolute abuse of power that you do not
have the right to execute.

vice chairman, I feel that it would be in the best interest of
all players to pause the election until a civil decision of the
supreme nomics players has been made. if that includes not
having ANY positions filled, so be it. it seems more fitting to
make sure we can have a clearly stated election before we
actually have one. I do not wish to argue this matter all let's
settle it out of election. you, me and Tim steps down from our
positions and solve this issue at hand. there will be no
chairman, there will be no vicechairman, there will be no
secretary. if you work with me, we can do.this in a much more
civil matter.

Seeing as:
1) During the first election, I received the majority of votes,
3-2;
2) I would be the interpreter of the rules in case it is
ambiguous;
3) During the second electoin, I received the majority of votes,
2-1;
I accept my position as Chairman. The faster we move past this
messy election, the faster we can work towards reform. If you
accept these results, I guarantee we can fix many of these
problems together.

Just as much as you helped me? Right. And if you want to take a
second vote where yet again all players didn't vote, so be it.
Is there anything about a subNomic break from a corrupt Supreme
Nomic?

I suggest, for your political sake, that you spend as much time
reforming the 'corrupt' Supreme Nomic you have ruled over for
two terms as you do trying to win a third term.
This nomic needs stability after a rocky few days in which
several problems have been pointed out, and moving forward is
our only option.
If you want to succeed from the Supreme Nomic, knock yourself
out. ;)

I have tried to pass legislation and I have asked for help from
all of you but one of two things always happens: So much
opposition that nothing is possible or no one reads, comments or
votes on legislation.
I see that moving forward is the only way forward but I feel
that until we DO fix it, it shouldn't have any power other than
in itself.
And I might. You never know.
