New rule. yo

There exists the Global Jousting Battle Leaderboard. It shall
record the rank and records of all players in jousting matches.
Players may joust one another. If both players agree to a
joust, they shall compete in rock-paper-scissors. The first
player to win three rounds is the winner.

Sounds good. I'm trying to make it to where all rules have a
good and bad factor. If they win, this happens? If they lose

Well, if you mean economical, then we need a currency in place.
As for discipline, I think the dictator should decide that. So
what do you suggest?

I'm working on economical. In fact, I think I threw in a rule
around here somewhere just about that so I would recommend going
that way.

I would say,

or she will be awarded with a monetary sum of up to a
cintesimapecun. If the player loses, he faces the King or Queen
to deem his consequence."
