Hearing: Illegal Rule by iqforu

This is the first session of a hearing against the accused party
of Martin's Nomic, led by iqforu.
This trial is being held in the belief that iqforu submitted an
illegal rule into his Nomic stating an amendment to all rules.
This is impossible as some rules are immutable and therefore are
unchangeable.
Do you, iqforu have anything to say on your behalf?

According to the Ruleset of Martin's Nomic...
"M7. Judicial System (Immutable)
1. If it is believed a rule is broken, a player shall
notify the Augustus of such occurrance. The Augustus will
determine whether such event occurred and any penalties given."
As Augustus of Martin's Nomic, I declare no such thing to have
happened.

Nonetheless, the Chairman supercedes that, correct? I feel so.
Therefore, I would still deem you necessary. That rule that you
state seems to be a more pleading innocent to a murder charge
than anything...
