The Rule Book

1. This is Medieval Nomic, a medieval themed nomic. The land in
which Medieval Nomic is the supreme law in called Azul
2. The King is - Timothy Reid
The Royal Scribe is - Timothy Reid
The Players are - Timothy Reid - Jonathan Hunter - Seth
Martin
3. A player joins Medieval Nomic by approval of the King. All
players must obey the rules of Medieval Nomic.
4. All active rules are kept in the publicly available Rule
Book. Until a Royal Scribe is elected by the King, the King is
the Royal Scribe
5. A rule change is:
a. The proposal of a new rule
b. The proposal of an amendment to an active rule
c. The proposal of the removal of an active rule or
amendment
6. A turn consists of:
a. An active player proposing a rule change
b. All active players vote on the rule change or declining
to vote
1. In the case of a tie in the voting the King has the
deciding vote
c. Once all active players have either proposed or declined
to propose a rule change and all proposals have
been voted on the Royal Scribe records all passed rules in
the Rule Book.
1. A rule is only active once it is recorded in the Rule
Book
7. An inactive player is anyone who declares themselves inactive
or cannot be reached by any communicational means.
8. All players must attend a Mass led by the Dictator. In this
Mass, the King states how Medieval Nomic has changed and what is
to come in the Kingdom of Azul. This will happen every three
weeks
9. Every citizen has a home. This can be taken away by the King
as payment.
