*Note: these are not the official rules. This is a summarized
version of all the important parts of the ruleset.*
Here are the rules, only easier to understand. A lot of the
rules are technicalities that only apply in very specific
circumstances or are very technical to avoid loopholes are
       abuse. This is what matters.
       M1. Martin's Nomic
       1. This is Martin's Nomic. It is a sub-nomic of the
Supreme Nomic. Players must follow the rules.
       2. Rules are either mutable or immutable rules. Immutable
       rules cannot be changed.
       M2. The Dictator
       1. The Dictator is Seth.
       2. The Dictator can clarify the the ruleset, must update
the ruleset, veto proposed rules, change players from active to
inactive, and is a member of the Supreme Nomic.
       M3. Martin's Nomic Status Report.
       1. The MNSR keeps track of all the things needed in
       Martin's Nomic.
       M4. Players
       1. You can join MN by posting in the forum. Once the
dictator approves, you can play right away.
       2. You can be active or inactive. Inactive players cannot
vote or make proposals. You can change this by posting.
       3. A quorum is three-fourths of all active players.
       M5. Proposals
       1. Players can propose new rules, change rules, remove
rules, or transmute rules by posting in the board. Once a
quorum of players have voted, the vote closes after either 24
hours of the Dictator has declared it closed.
       2. If a majority of voters vote for a proposal, it is added
       to the ruleset.
       M6. Points
       1. Points are the official currency of this nomic. Players
can have points, positive or negative.
       2. Players can give points to other players.
       3. There is a Bank. Players get points by voting, proposing
rule-changes that pass. Players lose points by proposing
       rule-changes that fail.
       M7. Judicial System
       1. If somebody breaks the rule, alert the Dictator. The
       Dictator will decide the outcome.
       M8. Contests
       1. Players can hold contests, with Dictator approval. They
       become Contest Directors.
       2. Contest Directors make rules for the contest and decide
who wins or loses, and what reward they receive. They say when
       the game begins and ends.
