       Rule ONE: There are players. Players can do whatever the heck
       they want.
       Rule TWO: Even though rule ONE must be followed, Rule TWO is
       better and must be followed first. Anyone can propose a rule
       change. A rule change can be whatever the heck you want it to
       be. Once there is a rule change, a no holds barred yelling
       argument might happen. Who ever wins the argument gets a brownie
       point and there will be a vote held. Each person gets seven
       votes. Minority wins.
       Rule THREE: A brownie point is the form of money in this Nomic.
       You can do pretty much whatever the heck you want with brownie
       points. To win a brownie point, you must do one of the
       following.
       OONNEE: Win a no holds barred yelling match.
       TTWWOO: Win THE GAME.
       TTHHRREEEE: Reach fifth prestige on Modern Warfare Two.
       FFOOUURR: Blow up stuff.
       FFIIVVEE: Have an awesome moment as deemed by the
       Commission.
       SSIIXX: Scoop/Dunk a member of the opposite sex.
       Rule FOUR: The Commission is a group of people (in other words
       two random people that happen to be eye witnesses) that deem a
       moment awesome or not.
       Rule FIVE: Blowing up stuff is in the context of LEGALLY blowing
       up stuff.
       Rule SIX: To win this Nomic, you must collect two hundred
       brownie points, lose them all, win them back again, then give
       them all to charity.
       Rule SEVEN: To lose brownie points, you must do one of the
       following:
       OONNEE: have sex with an animal, friend's girlfriend or
       inanimate object.
       TTWWOO: Eat healthy food.
       TTHHRREEEE: Get below a C- on any assignment at school.
       FFOOUURR: Get hurt when you blow stuff up. This includes
       your ego.
       Rule EIGHT: When a person wins this Nomic, he is amazing and
       therefore can change the Supreme Nomic to these conditions:
       OONNEE: Up to 100 characters added.
       TTWWOO: Up to 100 characters deleted.
       TTHHRREEEE: Up to 100 characters deleted then added.
       FFOOUURR: A whole new flippin rule.
       FFIIVVEE: Changing election results.
       Rule NINE: This game restarts every year at midnight of the
       winter solstice.
