       How does Supreme Nomic work?

       Supreme Nomic is sort of a mega-nomic.  There is a governing
       nomic, called the Supreme Nomic.  It acts as the governing body
       of the sub-nomics.  The players of Supreme Nomic are Dictators
       of sub-nomics, so unfortunately, you can't up and join Supreme
       Nomic (right away, anyways).  You can, however, join one of the
       sub-nomics.
       Currently, there are three sub-nomics.  Each sub-nomic has a
       distinct procedure and theme to it.  You may be a member of as
       many or as few of these nomics as you wish.  Their format and
       registration protocol are as follows:
       Hunter's Nomic:  In a Day, players propose rules, the proposals
       are voted on, then become law, and then players may perform
       actions.  You may register by posting in this

       The
       Dictator is Jonathan.
       Martin's Nomic:  Players may propose rules at any time.
