Rule X. The King may give a fief of land to any players, at
which point the player gains the title Lord. The King may
give any fief from his kingdom.
a. In exchange for a fief, a Lord must agree to
terms that the King sets. The terms a King sets can vary from
Lord to Lord.
b. If a Lord fails to meet the requirements set by
the King, the King may take the fief from the Lord, as well as
complete control over the fief as it is, and the Lord loses his
title.
