Does this Necrosleep stuff really work?

Hey, I just got an message from someone called Revelation666,
about this stuff called Necrosleep. A couple minutes later, I
got this envelope in my mail that had like, 30 black pills, or
some [expletive] like that. Apparently, they make you not need
to sleep, but I am not too sure. Does anyone know if they work?

Of course they do. I have been having then for 3 days now. The
stuff is awesome. You should try them!
