actually, i kinda like the shion/inukashi ship... i mean, if
nezumi weren't there... maybe i should write a thing where
nezumi never comes back so shion and inukashi get together...
(and then nezumi shows up and shion has to chose between
breaking nezumi's heart or breaking inukashi's... MUAHAHAHAHAHA)

I personally ship the bland relationship that Shion and Safu
would have had if Nezumi wasn't there. The one where Shion would
never truly understand what it is to be in love and where Nezumi
is never saved. BECAUSE I LIKE PAIN. (though I definitely don't
ship that more than NezuShi)

(I dunno why, but I ship NezuShi so hard that I end up being
depressed when they sleep with other people in fanfictions, when
one of them dies (god, some fanfiction made me cry for hours and
hours... one made me so upset that even my coworkers asked me if
I'm okay... ^^°) Somehow I'm a little bit too sentimental and
sensitive. X'D Sorry, spyed, I'd love to read it, but I can't...

I'm pretty similar too. If a fic shows signs of becoming
excessively depressing I have to start skim-reading or just move
straight to the ending (and see if it gets any better).

I have to admit that I was curious about the Shion/Inukashi ship
for a long time too and vowed to go through that fanfiction tag
once I finished the NezuShi one but ... THAT FANFICTION ISN'T
FINISHED YET D: HOW AM I GONNA START READING THIS IF THERE ISN'T
AN ENDING OTL?!?!
But yeah ... I don't know how well I would take them not ending
up with each other >.> Well, I know that one of them dying is
horrible for my heart and definitely makes me cry but that's
okay ... being with another ... don't know xD

ok I know this is probably a really unpopular opinion but I
really hate Safu. I think its because somehow she reminds me of
myself, god knows how I couldn't be that straightforward if I
tried, but I just found her so pushy and bland. I just really
didn't like her. I respected her as very important to the story
and in making Shion who he was today, but all be real her death
made me kindof relieved.
ooooh I really like the ace Inukashi Ahiku suggested. I'd never
really put a lot of thought into it.
I can picture either Nezumi or Shion being with someone after
they meet the second time honestly. Maybe I just ship them too
hard.
also, Nezumi is 16 and we are discussing the possibility that he
might've sold sex.

I think Safu is the kind of person you either love or hate.
She's pretty set in her ways and isn't about to waste her energy
making other people happy. (I personally flip flopped between
liking her and disliking her at first, then when I started
writing for her, I decided that I love her.)

OMG, I agree so much. X'D I know it's horrible to say that, but
I rather read that one of them dies and the other one is there
for him... But I couldn't stand a love triangle. Tbh I hate love
triangles, since they are everywhere in mangas/anime. One of
them is always getting hurt and I don't want to read something
like that when I love all three characters. I dunno. It's just
horrible when I imagine Shion being with Inukashi... and when
they started to love each other, but Shion also loves Nezumi and
Nezumi comes back and actually wants him but can't have him,
because this asshole is way too late. >A< Ahh, this is so
depressing... in the end there's no one who will be happy.
Inukashi isn't stupid. They always knew that there's "something"
between Nezumi and Shion. In the end, all three of them are
broke and unhappy. That's too much for my heart. (;_;) I always
keep thinking and thinking then, and it's depressing...
(Well, in run-of-the-mill storys, the third party will find
another love... but that's also horrible...)

About Safu...
The first time I watched the anime I wasn't really interested in
her. (I never hated her, though... well, I usually don't hate
characters. ^^° I don't even hate Rashi. I'd rather know... why
is he such a shit-head. XD And what would happen if he's
actually recruiting Nezumi. ^^° Wel...)
Ah, I started to like Safu, when I read the novels, even though
I just feel sorry for her the whole time. She also deserves
something better. A dude who actually wants to have sex with
her. XD
