Holy Day in the new No. 6

So, most of the fics I'm writing for the Holy Day Celebration
are about the Holy Day in the new No. 6. Since one of these fics
is the one that will be posted in the RC blog, I figured I
probably shouldn't have headcanons in that fic that don't work
with the other things we're posting on the blog.
Do you think the Holy Day will still be called the Holy Day?
Because it symbolizes the old and oppressive government of No.
6, so I'm not sure they would like to keep the name. I thought
maybe they would make it their New Year or maybe the would make
it a festival and call it the Phoenix Festival? Because No. 6
was born from it's ashes or something like that... what do you
think?

OMG, Phoenix Festival is such a cool name!
I actually thought about this once before... I almost wonder if
they wouldn't have a period of mourning that ends with a
celebration, almost like Mardi Gras coming after Lent. Because
so many people died, you know.
I think that if Shion had his way, people would be out doing
public service and planting trees and things too. And maybe even
thanking Elyurias...
They would probably eat honey or honeycomb pastries or something
in remembrance.

In some countries they have a memorial day and then the next day
is the Day of Independence. That would be cool to have something
like that in No. 6... I really like the idea about the trees ;)

Woah, that sounds interesting...
I also think Holy Day would be a memorial day. A day to remember
the horrible things that have happened, but also a new
beginning, like AoYokai said.
Afterwards they could have some celebration days.
(I dunno if they can plant tree since it's between winter and
spring. XD When do people plant trees? But it's a nice idea...
ahh, and honey pastries, oh yes, Karan would love that idea...)
Yeah, they should thank Elyurias. XD Oh... we need to do this
stuff for the rc blog... at least posting a lot of headcanons.

Maybe the trees thing can be in an event in the spring? I've
been thinking about it for a while now, but we have lots of time
so I never mentioned it- how about having an event for that
festival that's mentioned in one of the bonus stories?

Refresh my memory... isn't the festival in the beyond a flower
festival of some kind? (i feel like i'm remembering this totally
wrong ^^;;)
The way they deal with bees is going to be really weird now...
because the bees killed a lot of them, but at the same time,
they freed them... I guess at the very least, they'd have a
healthy respect for bees. that's why i suggested incorporating
honey into the celebration, because it's not directly involving
bees but it's still bee related...
