Cravat pastries

A friend of mine thinks she might have figured out what Karan's
famous cravat pastries are!
I present to you the gato cravat!

That would make sense considering they are tied up like a bow
tie (and not one of those stereotypical frilly cravats, pretty
sure "cravat" is an interchangeable term)! If I didn't have to
stop baking, I'd try out making some.

ooo, I've had some of those in my French class before, though I
think we called them by some other fancy name. I remember
thinking "ah, these must be the cravat's from No. 6".
