Nezumi *reading a book*: "I recommend you to go naked then."
Or:
Nezumi *reading a book*: "Hmmm? You don't wanna wear the one
with the skid mark anymore? Oh well. Tough!"
or:
Nezumi *reading a book*: .... *gives him a short glance*
*continues reading*
or maybe:
Nezumi: *reading a book*: "Wait, I'll lend you mine. *undresses
himself and gives SHion is underwear*"

LOL. .. that makes it sound like they only had two pairs of
underwear... XD the ones that they're always wearing. hahahaha,

Oh god, both of them swam in sewer water, too...
Nezumi had better willingly offered his undies to the man who
saved his life four years ago!

He lend Shion a T-shirt and pants after sewer part, maybe he had
spare underwear? Thought Shion's "bee is going out" scene is
just after shower part... Then when Shion wake up notice
bandages and strip himself he's naked so...
a) Shion didn't have underwear from beginning of Shower scene
until Nezumi walks in room when Shion is naked.
b) Nezumi striped Shion from underwear too while taking care of
him and putting bandages over Shion's body.

Somehow I crack up when I think about Nezumi preparing fresh
underwear for Shion. X'D Nezumamami. X'D
Ah, right... but it could also be possible that Shion pulled off
his underwear along with his pajama pants. Otherwise, he was
wearing some kind of pajama and some people don't wear underwear
under their pajama... ^^° In the anime, he's wearing ugly brown
pants. X'D But he's also wearing jeans and I'm pretty sure his
crotch would hurt like hell when he's wearing jeans without
underwear. ^^°
(Ahh... they have banages. XD If they don't have fresh
underwear, they can still bandage each other... X'DDD)
