Ah, imagine Nezumi grows like hell when he's traveling. Shion is
proud that he's 175 now and is like. "Hehe... I'm nearly as tall
as Nezumi now! >.< Yess!"
And then Nezumi comes back and is... 1,95 X'D Bean-pole.
Nezumi: Runt!
Shion: *looks upwards* There's barely any difference! �_�
*smashes his forehead against Nezumi's chin and knocks him out

@Ahiku: omigosh that is brilliant XD Karan is not too tall and
Shion does take after her quite a bit, totally legit. Shion all
sad-face at Nezumi, like 'You used to be so cute and small!' if
he'd even acknowledge Nezumi is indeed so much taller in the
first place XD

20cm heigh difference is cool... That's not a head taller, but
Nezumi could press his nose against Shion's hair without
difficulties when they embrace each other! And he could kiss
Shion's forehead because it's right in front of his mouth. X'D I
think he'd love that.
Haha, and when they reunite, Nezumi is looking in the window of
Shion's room and Shion thinks he's standing on a stool, because
he knows that the window is quite high. But then he realizes
that Nezumi's not standing on a stool and his little world falls
apart. He'd pout at least 2 months. (I mean it was always super
important for Shion that he's taller or at least nearly as tall
as Nezumi. X'D)

Pretty sure this is confirmed in the book. It's been a while
since I read it, but I swear Shion explains how health and
fitness is a big thing in the city when he's describing his
bicycle and how it's different to other people's. Back when he
was furiously pedalling to the park to investigate the dead
body. Though it may have been earlier, I'm not sure.

Pfft. Imagine Nezumi being all nervous upon returning to No.6.
He's gonna see Shion for the first time in some years, and
there's no telling what the guy will be like or whether he'll
accept Nezumi back. So Nezumi is pretty scared, despite all the
self-denial, since he actually cares about how Shion perceives
him.
Then he's finally standing in front of Shion. Both are silent as
neither have any clue what to say or how to reacquaint
themselves. Shion's looking Nezumi up and down and realises with
horror how much taller Nezumi is now. And he is just unknowingly
scowling because of this revelation.
Meanwhile, Nezumi is noticing the stony face on Shion and is
having a mini heart-attack. He thinks that Shion must hate him.
He's yet to say anything: no welcome, no greeting. Just a pretty
hostile expression.
Then maybe Shion will open his mouth and Nezumi is prepared for
the worst, a declaration of hatred or demand for him to leave.
But Shion just makes an irritated comment about the height
differences, and Nezumi will just blink in surprise like he does
many a time in the anime. Then breathe a sigh of relief and
laugh; Shion is still the same weirdo he always was.

That's with the Lost Town citizens though! In the Correctional
Facility, Shion kept calling everyone fat. :l and we know those
are the elite scientists. (From that one scene where this one
couple talks to Nezumi and Shion about why they're going up to
the third floor 'cause it stinks and the lady compliments
Shion's hair).

;____; I can see all these headcanons about Shion complaining
about the height difference!! When they first reunited at 16,
Nezumi was the one who brought up that he was taller, so it'd
totally make sense for Shion to bring it up again when they
reunite after since he has a good memory. T___T (sobs)

The thing about fitness, it's actually Elyurias making them want
to be fit. The little eggs in the citizens are controlling them
in a way, and Elyurias would want her children's hosts to be as
good of hosts as possible... Think about it, Karan was plump,
but Shion wasn't. Bicycles became popular around the time that
Elyurias's eggs would have been planted. ...Creeeepyyy...

egg inside of him. ^^
Ah, btw. if you don't know it yet... Lawl and I have talked
about it quite a while ago. I've written some kind of analysis
back then and posted it on Tumblr, but I've also posted it in
the Latch Buidling department now. :3 If some other people want
to talk about it...or share other ideas... or whatever. XD

each other, you won't notice it at all.
Nezumi just wanted to dance to show Shion that he's taller than
him and to do so, he had to invade Shion's personal space. XD
Ah, we also thought that it's really cute of them, that they
have this kind of "quarrel". It shows that they are young boys
after all.
(Ahahah... XDDD I wonder if they also compared the lenght of
their...uh...cocks? Probably not, since Nezumi was a little
queen when it came to getting naked around SHion... that's what
he said when they were in the underground realm and Shion
touched his scars and naked back in front of hundreds of people
XD And Nezumi said that he had the pleasure to see Shion naked
once... Uh-uh-uhhhh X'D They are so... not gay in that moment!
