Someone settle this for me, please

I imagine this may be a hot debate, but with Halifax claiming
the original Rochester Knighthawks' championships, well, I think
you know where I'm headed...
Who claims the six championships by the Philadelphia Wings in
1989, 1990, 1994, 1995, 1998, and 2001?
I understand the 1987-2014 Wings iteration officially relocated
to New England, but aside from a few trash talking tweets from
the Black Wolves, it's hard to find confirmation that the Black
Wolves own six championships. I've never seen the league
acknowledge the Black Wolves "searching to claim their seventh
title".
Wikipedia makes it no easier by creating a separate article for
each team stint. All three Wings iterations have their separate
articles. Another example: while the Mammoth have also been in
Baltimore, Pittsburgh, and Washington, all four team identities
have their own articles. Do the Mammoth own the Thunder,
CrosseFire, and Power's records, too?

The Wings did raise two banners to the rafters on Dec 15 2018
recognizing the six world championships and the three retired
numbers. However, the league media guide has the Wings history
listed under the Black Wolves.
So it's clear as mud.

I swore I thought the Bwolves had a title banner hanging, but
that has been discounted. I don't think the Bwolves want the
the link to philly, especially with the team back with the same
name. To me, we have the Wings, and the titles are Philly's.

Would be nice to get some clarity. So the two banners
represented three titles each, they only recognized two of the
six, or what?
