       NPC Reporter Application Guide

       THE RULES
       Please ONLY put NPC Reporter applications here. Any other
       content will be deleted and you will receive a warning (+25
       points).
       Also, please reply only nice thoughts of other peoples
       application. If you have nothing nice to say, don't say it.
       Do NOT spam the thread with replies. Just don't because it will
       give moderators a hard time to grade these threads. Please ONLY
       reply with thoughts and nothing else or else you will receive a
       warning (+20 Points)
       HOW TO DO THE APPLICATION
       All you have to do is post a new thread and make anything that
       would be in the NPC Channel. This includes articles about
       anything,a debate,stories,editorials/thoughts on anything,etc.
       Note that doing this is just an application. You will be graded
       on this.
       WHEN YOU ARE DONE
       Post the thread and after a few minutes, you should receive a
       reply on your application saying the score.
       9/20 or lower: Denied
       10/20-14/20: Your application will be voted with members and
       staff. 5 yes= Accepted. 5 no= Denied.
       15/20-17/20: You will be accepted and will be a moderator on the
       NPC Channel Board.
       18/20+: You will be accepted and will be a moderator on the NPC
       Channel Board and be added with a badge.
