       hello there nick...ive got a criminal here who is hitting at the
       bars and about to break them. what is the best move for whne he
       gets out to take him out in literally like a single second one
       punch and hes dead

       the best move for this is   take your domninat hand the one you
       write with and that is your stronger one. clench fist and putt
       all energy from the body into fist and have it ready for his
       point where he breaks out but dont let him see it. let him run
       into you and you are like stone and he is jelly. he will break
       apart instantly

       yes thyat is probably the best move for this i tried it and sure
       enough he went down like a fly undeer fly spray when you do it
       really close. they actually were cheering and laughing at his
       funeral is how much no one even cared he was dead and no one
       even came
