!!!! saw a certain someone at the supermarket...

I was out shopping at the supermakret for the weekly groceries
while my kids were at school and my husband is working and guess
what?? i saw the one adn only, our favourite author, nick austin
at the supermarket as me! he was shopping for all the normal
stuff like cereal and meat etc. i guess i never thought he could
be like you and me....
i was so nervous but i had to come up to him and say how much i
loved his work!!!! he laughed gently and smiled and gave me a
big hugand it made all the goosebumbs go away ! then he signed
a poster i had of him and i know i could sell it but i have
enough money from my husbands job that it turns out i will keep
it as a speial reminder of this day
then he said he had to go and that makes sense hes a busy man..
was glad to get this opportunity oh my god..
wow when you are a suburbann mum you think that life is the same
every day... i guess wonderful things can happen

while life is pointless obviously....this would be a ray of

i dont know nick troy - but i thinkthat seems like the kind of
thing hed do if push came to shove...i am an older lady and i am
too old to adopt...but nick is still in the prime of his life!!

if nick came to one of my chruch services... and yes i know nick
is nota religous man and would never go near a church
obviiously....but wow i think id wet myself right in front of
the whole church crowd and everyone would lose it laugh at me...
probably not nick though he would have a new pair of pants for
me

i could never be in one place long enough for this to happen to
me. i guess i just love the call of the open road too much to
settle down and be shopping in the supermarket but oone thing i
will say iis that nnick has had a lot of excitement in his life
so he has certainly earned the quiet life as a change of pace...
