       Batting
       - Flashing or touching the ball is a swing.
       - Inside the batter's box is a strike.
       - If the batter is on 2 Strikes and hits to foul balls IN A ROW,
       they are out.
       Pitching
       Balks:
       - If the pitcher's run up starts from outside the circle.
       - If the pitcher carries the ball before kicking.
       In a balk, it is an automatic ball, and the first time (per
       pitcher) this happens, it is a warning.
       Baserunning
       Leads are allowed, but NO stealing.
       The pitcher CAN pick you off. If he throws the ball to the
       circle for your base and you are not on base by the time the
       ball is in the circle, you are out.
       A secondary lead must not go past halfway to the next base.
       Fielding
       When the ball goes into the circle of the base on a force out,
       the runner is out.
       You can "Tag" the runner by throwing to a base that the runner
       then goes back to.
       When the ball is put into the circle, all runners must go back
       to the last bag they touched.
       On an error (when a throw misses the circle) all runners get 1
       extra base.
       If the bal is hit directly into a circle, without anyone
       touching it, that is a fly out.
       Descions/Disputes
       If there is an umpire, his call is final. If there is no umpire,
       the host's call is final.
