       are we doing waiver? it's logical and what most leagues do.
       if so, please keep track of it, and post the order in free
       agency forum
       also, remember some teams have already made signings

       All signings so far are for the players who never got picked in
       the draft. I announced it at the end of the draft that whoever
       pm's NHA ROBOT will get those un-drafted players on a first come
       first serve basis.
       As for any new comers that sign up, they'll have to go through
       waivers. I'll put the order up tonight.
