Cuba Cyclones New General Manager

After Cruel decided to leave a new GM had to be picked. So, the
new General Manager of the Cuba Cyclones is... Thunderstorm. A
little bit of controversy surrounds this because many were
expecting Carlitos to be GM. Carlitos, being in his first season
of NHA should wait a little bit to get his shot. I know
Thunderstorm wants this position and will not do a bad job.
Thunderstorm was the AGM and did a decent job there as well.
