Cuba Cyclones General Manager

Lord of Fail has been inactive for 4 whole days. He is taking up
spots for other people (such as thunderstorm) who would like
some sort of position of power on the team. So I am deciding to
remove Lord of Fail as the GM of the Cuba Cyclones. The New
General Manager who has expressed recently that he cares more
about this league and his team more than anyone else. The new
General Manager of the Cuba Cyclones is, Cruel. He may choose
whoever he would like as his AGM. Best of luck Cruel.
