How to Officiate

WRONG
1st step: Take admin and ban everyone
Here is How
1st: Get the Room from the Host and join, he/she will give you
admin and you must wait for all the players from both teams to
join.
2nd: Identify somehow if there are any fakes.
3rd: Place the home team on Red and the away team on Blue and
begin the lagtest.
4th: Ask the gms who will be playing in the 1st half/who to sub
out. Teams may only have 4 players + 1 substitute/non playing gm
in the room. Kick the player/s from that particular team that
the GM requested.
5th: Ask the GMs if they are Ready, Both GMs must say if they
are. Please do not let them stall anymore than 30 seconds with
this. If they do, just start the game.
6th: Watch the game. Notice anyone that needs to be substituted
or anythign that you must take care of.
7th: At half, follow the same procedures from 4-5
8th: Same as 6.
9th: Allow the clock to run down and thank the GMs for a nice
game. If they get pissed, just say "Pls calm down or I will
report you to the admins".
10th: GGs ;D
