       I dont need to have a high priority, because you can get 2
       players with 1 waiver.

       you can get multiple players on the same waiver run, but the
       waiver order refreshes after each signing. that would be stupid,
       fake, and gay if it were like that.

       Let me explain how this works.
       We'll have two teams, Team A, B and C.
       Let's say we have 3 players, Xavi, Messi Iniesta.
       the waiver order is:
       1) Team C
       2) Team B
       3) Team A
       Let's say, team C places a waiver on Messi on April 1st, then
       places a waiver on Xavi on April 2nd.
       Then, Team A places a waiver on Xavi 1 hour after Team C.
       Team B is the only team to place a waiver on Iniesta.
       Team C gets Messi as they had top waiver (so no one else
       bothered to place a waiver). This now puts them at the bottom of
       the waiver list.
       Team A gets Xavi, as Team C already used their top waiver on
       messi, therefore pushing themselves to the bottom, so then Team
       A had a higher waiver on him.
       Team B gets Iniesta, as they were the only one who placed a
       waiver (Iniesta 5ever underated (._. ) Iniesta da best)

       You can get 2 players with 1 waiver.
       On HCD I'm pretty sure you can get 5 players with one waiver.
