Rochester Rattlers General Manager

Yes, I know I said Tuesday at 11:59 but after about a 24 hour
break of people not sending in requests and this one clearly
being the best option, I decided to announce it now. Also, I
realized that just a couple days for the new GM was not enough
to get active players, especially thinking some of these GMs
don't even check the forums daily. So, with all that being said,
the new Rochester Rattlers GM
