The Rattlers Situation

I have noticed a mind set in this organization that has really
gotten to the league and everyone's nerves. Constant forfeits
and a GM (-NDR-) who has not shown up for the last 4 or some
games, the players in the organization haven't either. The
change is that all player in the Rattlers organization have been
released and -NDR- has gotten his GM removed. You may think
"what are the rattlers gonna do with no players?!" Don't worry,
the Rattlers do not have a game planned Sunday so this is all
but bad for them. Effective Immediately, GM applications are
currently being accepted at this link

/>The new GM will be negotiated a fair trade with if they are on
a
team, if they are not on a team they will be signed instantly
with no loss of waiver order spot. The New GM will be given 5
additional picks that are just after the draft for season 3 that
are capable of being traded, this will help the GM trade for
active players and still have a chance to rebuild for next
season. I hope this change suits the new GM well. Applications
close Tuesday at 11:59pm and the new GM will be announced
sometime Thursday. Bring them in.

As far as I know...NDR was up for playing but he had no
team...so if he still wants to do it and will be active, make
him GM.
Other than that, this should have happened a while back but
better late than never.
But I mean, is it just about the Rattlers? There has been a
dearth of 4v4 games in this leeg and it usually ends up being
4v2 or 3v3 so I think the main issue is people not taking the
leeg seriously and the people who do are all on 2 teams -
Bombers and Dynasty.

No team has been fielded at all for them for a while now. It is
a necessary change for just them. Other teams do have attendance
issues as well but at least they can manage o get different guys
in every night. Also NDR has not managed to even join the game
room when it has been sent a few times this season, there is no
way he is up for this.

Yea as season 3 comes in, GMs will know who the active guys are
so the draft will make a bit more sense next time around. We
can't change the 3v3 situations, but it'll only get better.

either they lost or he was the only one there and they forfeited

The deadline to submit applications is now Tuesday at 11:59pm
Eastern. And will be announced mid day on Wednesday, this should
give the new gm a little bit more time to trade and sign active
players.

If you can't get a team going you need to try to trade/sign
actives or plead gms to give you actives. Its ok bro.
