       [li]In case of shortage of players for a certain match up, GMs
       may talk to the commissioner 1 hour prior to the game and
       request a slight postpone.[/li]
       [li]With the new mercy rule in place, a team will be forced to
       forfeit if it can't field more than 1 player.[/li]
       [li]Games must begin by no later than 15 minutes from the
       scheduled time.[/li]
