       Jon Gruden-"first off let me say how nice of a win it was to
       beat the Raiders again. Now that I said that we still didn't
       play great I don't think. We still gave up a lot of yards and if
       they didn't review or penalize them on some plays they might
       have had even more yards. So no I'm not going to run to the
       hills and celebrate. This wasn't a playoff win or the Superbowl.
       This was a week 3 win and we need to remember that so we don't
       get to cocky out there. Yes it's a great way to start 3-0 but we
       haven't won anything and we need to stay focused.
