I agree with Steve and Mark. Lets try to keep to topics that
we're actually going to have an impact on.
Also, I'm just about to drive home so I'll be MIA for the next
30mins or so

I agree,TV ect has to be put on the back burner,the Comish was
honest on that point.

Exactly we could keep TV & Merchandise on the burner but we wont
be able to influence them until next season at the earliest with
TV contracts, deals etc.
At least with the IS and Development of the Game we could do
something that would have an immediate affect

i dont think we'd be able to influence them either - thats not
my point - im sure the fans would want us to discuxxs them - so
how we deal with that is important - thats what im trying to say

Agree s7ani,.... But doesn't necessarily have to be the next
meeting if we're going for one topic at a time. And I think
honesty being the best policy, in at least the short term just
be open about the fact that we are aware that we are not going
to be able to have much impact in this area. I'm sure some will
not take that well, but what else to do?.

Agreed, we could keep their comments and opinions on a
TV/Gamepass thread along with some of our own on the topic and
perhaps after the season/IS shift the focus to them.
But in the immediate future I think we can influence the IS,
some of the things that have been mentioned on here would be
ideal;
1)Tailgating
2)Fan Stall
3)Putting NFLUK.com leaflets into ticket envelopes
4)Regional Fan Clubs/Booster Clubs
5)Surveys on the the NFL to the general public
etc.

im ok with the honesty is the best policy option - i think we
need to put something on the site to that effect thats all - i
know this isnt a popularity contest but peole including me want
answers to things - if its the committees opinion that not much
can be said / done in that area fair enough but dont assume the
forum knows that

I am in the process of compiling minutes, I'm going through
everything that has been posted on this since it has started and
will circulate minutes and a discussion summary via email.
Ill make a list of ALL the potential topics that have been
raised so far and give people a few days to reply with any other
topics and maybe state that we want to have topics in by Monday
when we will open voting on the topics we have?? How does that
sound?
