You have got to keep things in one spot but encompassing others,
for instance the BAFL.

Why not set 3 threads on the this forum
1. IS
2. Merchandise
3. Development
everyone has a week to comment and write there email/opinions on
that thread. one with the most replies/opinions is our topic.
then next wednesday (or another day) we structure the opinions
and develop our strategy for the next meeting.
keep the other threads running but we need to set out a
structure.

After hearing that NFLUK itself mentioned perhaps offering
discount Madden vouchers, the idea certainly hit home. Perhaps
if casual fans see that the representative organisation in our
country is willing to do something for them, even a slight
offer, they will be more inclined to follow up their initial
discovery.

why dont we each put the 3 topics that we think should be
discussed in a separate thread - keep it open for a week,, the
top 5 in count are then put on the main site to vote for the top

Gerry thats a good idea.
Slightly different note (not wanting to interrupt the flow of
this conversation) I've set up a DropBox folder and made it
public. This way we can all upload any documents pertaining to
the discussion if we need to.

Yep agreed Gerry,
the existing threads;
NFLUK Booster Clubs and Tailgate Thread I assume we would count
them under Development and IS respectively?
We could use the voting/polling button after a week to make the
decision?
