I cant do Wed nights as I have a church meeting to attend
beginning at 7:30 and ending at after 9.

Hi,
Sods law Wednesday is the only night of the week I can't be
around. Sorry!
I have however posted some ideas on the various threads which
maybe you can discuss one of?
IS Fan Stall - Needs to have a competition. I suggest the
question for the competition is "What would you call a London
NFL team?" - It's sure to get people talking!
Merchandise - NFL USA should pay import tax because merchandise
is (free) advertising
Booster Clubs - If it is targeting over 18's I would look to try
and do something in suitable bars
On another point...
Reading the comments about no having so many people involved - I
think you would cure this instantly if we moved from this very,
very dated forum to facebook. Here's why...
1. More people are on facebook more often than "createaforum"
2. It's easier and quicker to get involved
3. Facebook is actually viewable on a mobile device whereas
create a forum is painful (mobile devices now account for over
20% of UK internet traffic)
4. It's easy to set up voting polls (We'd actually start making
some decisions)
5. It's far more representative of the entire committee
6. There's a chat function automatically built into any group so
we could much more easily schedule chats (as opposed to long
forum threads to which I am now adding!!!!)
I'm sure everyone will be able to contribute more, we'd get more
done, more quickly!
Can I see a show of hands?

may as well get the ball rolling. Firstly we are needing 2 posts
filled tonight. Chair and Vice Chair. These positions basically
are to take control of meetings and ensure they are run orderly
and appropriatley. It also gives the chance for a voice to
relate back to the members on the NFLUk site. It has been said
that some folk don't go onto the site which in all honesty I
don't get ???, but it is a choice. Anyhow it is important that
the fans get feedback from here.
I have spoken with Nick, and he is happy with the mods from the
site placing posts/polls on the main site for fans to get
involved with with their views and thoughts.

i honestly cannot afford the level of commitment required to be
one of the 2 main positions and i will not stand in the way of
anyone who wants it. as long as i can give the opinions!!!
can we get confirmation that redzone is coming back. i get asked
that question daily?
