I think the tailgate has improved year on year - im not sure
about a committee tent at the gate to be honest.

Shorter queuing times - maybe break down big tents into smaller
ones to get people through quicker.
Meet the stars stall(s) - autograph/ photo sessions (obviously
not players taking part in the actual game, but the HOF's)
Just a thought

Definetly the way the merchandise stalls are set out. Every year
it appears like a scrum to get to the front, it needs a better
system to get the lines in and out quicker and snoother. Whether
that is done by smaller tents from Conference down to division
instead.
Also it is annoying when merchandise is sold out and you are
still in the line waiting wasting time to be told your item is
out of stock. It would be preferable to see what is still for
sale and what is sold out.

How would they show you what is still on sale from 8 people
deep?
I suppose they may have a screen showing the items on sale and
stock levels which could be deducted via the bar code scanning?
Is that a cost exercise they will not be prepared to invest in
though?

By taking the stuff down off the walls when it is sold out. The
walls can be seen clearly, a simple solution.
