Would you be happy to be part of a stall/pitch(fan tent) at the
Fan rally/Tailgate over the IS weekend. And do you feel this
would be a good idea??A stall by the fans for the fans.

Great idea, a chance for us to gain exposure for NFLUK, whilst
continuing to bond as a committee. What better way to make an
impact? At an event which sees more british NFL fans come
together in any one place, than at any other time. As previously
mentioned, I'm happy to partake in any proactive ideas.

Certainly an interesting idea, to make it work i think we need
to tie in with something the NFL UK is doing promotion wise, say
a competition for example? Maybe this involves flyers with one
side dedicated to the competition and the other details of the
NFL-UK website on which you need to go on to enter- I just feel
we might need something to draw people to us....imagine a trip
to the US to see a game was on offer from a third party ? Also
on the flyer we could have sometihing on the committee and how
other fans could join in?
Other things to consider are do we need to keep the tent running
for the whole event - do we shut up shop early so we can watch
the game? Do we canvas outside other events around the game over
the weekend or focus on gameday or both? Its admiddetly easier
for me to do this as i live in London and am only bringing my
wife to the game?
anyway id like to read some other thoughts before deciding to
vote on this one

I think its a great idea. We could rotate and be on the stall
for 30mins, depending on the numbers of us going. Of course, we
are all there to enjoy the experience.
But it would push the profile.
How about connected to this, NFLUK Booster/Fan Clubs. The NFLUK
site can be our central point. But we could start up clubs to
promote and raise awareness of the game in our regions. i.e.
NFLUK Glasgow Booster Club. Getting together to watch games,
have bbq's, play some flag football, etc... This could go
hand-in-hand to getting Superbashes in each region?
Just some examples below???

I personally wouldn't be able to do this for this year. I am
taking my 13 year old nephew to his first NFL game for his
birthday so the day is quite rightly going to be all about him.
I will of course come and say hi if you do have a stall however.
Kev.

I am bringing my son & this will be our first IS game so I want
him to do as much as possible. So my time will be very limited.
Also I only fly in on the day wasting more time Sorry.

Yes I'd be up for this, both it and the booster clubs are a
great idea.
