2013 Objectives
By: Raider12 Date: January 7, 2013, 6:59 am

Oh well a new Year has landed on us. Do we have any thoughts on
how we should be proceeding this year on topics that we can pit
to the NFL.
One thing I will be doing is asking them for feedback on the
subjects we raised at the last meeting.

I think that sounds sensible. Feedback would be great to get,
then we could make some adjustments to previous proposals.
I definitely would like to discuss ticket sales options.
1. For people wishing to buy season tickets, they will receive a
gift that can't be acquired any where else. I would presume,
that if a person purchased 3 tickets (in order to sit together
with mates), that said one gift would be sent out, even though 3
season tickets are purchased.
Is this the case?
2. Two friends I went with this year have already stated they
will only go to one game with me. How do I get seats next to
them, if I buy a season ticket and they buy individually?
Or if one of my friends buys his season ticket on Dec 4th, and I
want to get the seat either next to or in front/behind, but I
can't afford to buy tickets until after Christmas?
3. The current ordering system online doesn't allow you to
choose the actual seating, but uses some algorithm that chooses
the best seats based on the price you are willing to pay and the
number of seats you wish to purchase. I am not a fan of this, as
last year, the seats that were offered, I didn't want and to
repeat the ordering process 6 times until I got seats close to
where I wanted to sit. Even then I settled for the seats as I
was afraid I wouldn't get anything closer if i repeated the
process another time.
What does everyone else think?
Just to state for the record, I have yet to purchase tickets for
either game. Finances are a little tight. It may be if I can
afford anything it will only be one game (49ers - Jags). I would
like to attend both. But we'll see.

more than likely be in March.

It was fantastic Chris. I do get the impression from Nick that
this is going to be the start of more, especially with the Jags
in the UK for the next 4 years. What I will say I am sure the
committe has played its part in these events and that we where
llistened tonthat day.

Firstly - I agree 100% that the ticketing needs to be sorted. TM
are an absolute shambles. Why cant we pick zone or seats, all
professional football clubs in the UK have this option.
Secondly - The meeting in Edinburgh was ace.
Third - I should be able to make a March date as long as I get
some notice.

It was a helluva playoff weekend. The standout was the Baltimore
game.
