Friday 23rd November meeting
By: Raider12 Date: November 25, 2012, 4:32 am

Hi guys
I thought Fridays meeting went extremely well. All the
ideas/proposals where brought up and I have no doubt they are
taking onboard what we are saying. It is a pity AK was ill, and
I think his rather rapid exit showed that.
I have emailed Nick, saying that we must have some sort of feed
back from the NFL side regarding the topics raised so we as a
committee can construct our processes.

Flooding around my way meant I missed my coach and therefore
missed the meet - can we have some more detailed info on the
meeting Mark?

Hi Shaun, pity about the travel problems asi t was a good
meeting. I got stopped outside Coventry and then crawled into
Euston. But got there the back of two.
I took a number of notes, once I make sense of my writing I will
post it. The next meeting will be roughly late January or
February.

You will get there Graham ;D. But it is a knackering trip down
and up in the one day. I am considering travelling down the day
before next time.
Guys I have been up to my backside in Alligators the past day
and I am setting time for tommorrow to get the notes looked at.

Hello Guys,
Sorry we missed you Graham.
It was a productive meeting, and I feel that alot of what we
have discussed on this forum and on the nfluk forum has been
listened to. Nothing is perfect and so the NFLUK are doing their
best to address the wishes of the fan base. It is clear that we
need to foucs our efforts on attracting NEW fans, as that will
ultimately put us in a better situation for making it a better
experience for all.
What I would like is to know the forum names of the people who
have attended.
Some I already know, but there are two Simons and I don't know
who is who on this forum. Nice to put a face to a name. :)
I have been thinking alot about what was discussed and need to
organise my thoughts as well.
Looking forward to Mark's summary of the meeting.
Look forward to meeting up with all of you again (and Graham).
Chris

One of the things I considered on the way back from the meeting
related to ticket purchases.
For people wishing to buy season tickets, they will receive a
gift that can't be acquired any where else. I would presume,
that if a person purchased 3 tickets (in order to sit together
with mates), that said one gift would be sent out, even though 3
season tickets are purchased.
Is this the case?
And, I really want to go to both games and buy a season ticket,
to save myself money. However, the two friends I went with this
year have already stated they will only go to one game with me.
How do I get seats next to them, if I buy a season ticket and
they buy individually?
Or if one of my friends buys his season ticket on Dec 4th, and I
want to get the seat either next to or in front/behind, but I
can't afford to buy tickets until after Christmas?
The current ordering system online doesn't allow you to choose
the actual seating, but uses some algorithm that chooses the
best seats based on the price you are willing to pay and the
number of seats you wish to purchase. I am not a fan of this, as
last year, the seats that were offered, I didn't want and to
repeat the ordering process 6 times until I got seats close to
where I wanted to sit. EVen then I settled for the seats as I
was afraid I wouldn't get anything closer if i repeated the
process another time.
I wish I had considered this beforehand. But it may be something
to raise for ticket sales next year.

My wife was about to issue me with a red card if I did not get
my finger out and get the bedroom decorated, hence the synopsis
not being done. However it is my intention to do it in the
morning.
