       The merchandise issue was something I raised a while ago, that
       if you are in a Q and stuff becomes sold out how do you know
       unless you wait and wait, which to me is nonsensical or a way of
       making more money out of you, in that you buy something else.

       You are absolutely right Mark. And they had patriots and rams
       jerseys on show while in the queue. When asked if I could try
       one on to see if M or L would be the right size, they said no we
       couldn't try it on. So I had to guess and buy an M, as holding
       it up in front of me was the closest to trying it on. It was
       bedlam ordering stuff.
