Yeah, it's just really bad timing. I start a new job on Monday
so taking time off in the first 2 weeks is basically impossible.

Unlikely i will be able to make it. though if i am i will
probably arrive 30 mins late. Have to see. work is an issue as
the cost involved to cover lessons.

I think we should get our heads around what we are going to
bring up. I know the I.S is ready, what we also have is
Booster Club
Magazine bringing all aspects to the UK game together (despite a
lukewarm response).
2 games how they are going to go forward with the fans ensuring
it doesn't fall flat on its face.
Franchise!

So far only Mark and I have confirmed our attendance.. I do hope
others are going to make it as my tickets for travel are non
refundable!!

Let's get Phil to add these points into the Proposal, as action
points(?). The Booster/Fan Club is an additional document to the
I.S., but might as well be attached to the end of the I.S.
proposal as well.
2 games looks like they are testing to see if they can sell
enough tickets for both games to warrant, potentially down that
road what you alsi added at the end, Franchise.
As for the cash only tills, we can raise that as well, though
they may point out that there were ATM/Cash points available
around the Tailgate near merch and food stalls.
Also, I think we need to raise the issue that they didn't have
tents with the team(s) history this year. They did in previous
years. My friends and I arrived early, so as to get into the
team tents before it got too busy, only to be all disappointed
by the lack of the history tents. I think they are a key part of
getting the UK fans better acquainted with the teams playing.
On the upside, they did have cheerleaders signing autographs
next to the NFL Gamepass tent. We queued up and by the time we
got to the signing area, the cheerleaders were gone and 2 RAMS
HOF'ers were signing autographs (though you weren't allowed to
take pictures). So a plus I'd say.

Not sure I fiollow your point on there being ATMs available ..
the folks I have spoken to locally about this say they awited a
long time in merch queues as those paying with card held things
up as the card reader had trouble connecting to a server or
staff making mistakes on the acrd readers etc.. the people I
have spoken to would like cash only tills in order to alleviate
the crush for those not wanting to pay by card - ATMs are only
any good if you can use the cash.
Stock is another issue, my mate was in line for 40-45 minutes
for a Cowboys beanie only to be told they had sold out - even
though they had one on the wall for display he was told this one
could not be sold to him - 45 minutes for nothing.. frustrating
- if the stock is not there take the display item down or put a
sticker over it saying SOLD OUT - simple really...
anyway these are issues I have been asked about
I have also been asked if there is any chance of maybe an
exhibition game pro bowl style for the top UK talent over the
weekend - in order to raise the UK games profile.. another good
idea..

I understand what you are saying now and I agree with you on all
points.
Limited selection as well. I wanted a V.Davis jersey and ended
up buying a Crabtree as they only that or Willis.
