Ok, well re: International Series. Read the notes, to me the
main thing we can really stress to NFL UK which could be an easy
win is better organisation of the merchandise stalls.
Obviously I think we can also stress we want as many different
teams as possible, but to some extent we will get what we are
given. However, normal NFL scheduling will actually dictate
that we should get different Road teams because Jacksonville
will be playing a rotation (other than divisional games, which
are unlikely to be moved over to London anyway as they are the
big ticket big rivalries). Going on historic trends, we are
likely to get Jax vs an NFC team the next few years.

Hi All, Sorry to be negative but this has got beyond the joke.
This "meeting" was supposed to start at 8:00 and the most people
I've seen line in the past half hour is four. It's a real shame
that we haven't got this together which clearly is mainly down
to this ridiculously crap method of communication.
I'm really sorry to those of you who want this to actually
achieve something but I just dont have time for this anymore.
With regret I'm off!
Sincerely Sorry
Roy

Jax home NFC opponents are:
2013: NFC West, so possible Seahawks or Cards for the first
time.
2014: NFC East, so Cowboys could be forced over for a rare
game.

Roy,
Just say what you think about the IS and tailgate thread and
anything else you feel is important to share.
so that it wasn't a huge waste of your time.

My question is what, exactly, is the aim of these evening
"meetings"? What is the final "output" we are looking to have?
Is it just a topic to tell NFLUK we want to discuss at the next
meeting? Is it something more than that? Most of the key
points have been summarised on that document today - what now?

Kev,
That would be brilliant to get the Cowboys over and I think the
Seahawks are a team on the rise.
Would be a positive coup for those games to happen over here.
From reading the IS/Tailgate notes, the stall idea is a good one
in my opinion.
spreading the number of stalls out would surely ease crowd
congestion for buying memorabilia.

The Jags had the Rams and Cards at home in 2009 so will have the
49ers and Seahawks at home in 2013, so if its AFC vs NFC, it
will be one of them. In 2010 they had the Eagles and Skins at
home so will have the Cowboys and Giants at home in 2014.
So if its AFC vs NFC, that leaves us with;
2013: Jags vs 49ers/Seahawks
2014: Jags vs Cowboys/Redskins
2015: Jags vs Falcons/Panthers
All decent ties I reckon, potential for RGIII followed by
Newton!!
