       Action Plan

       I propose an action plan of the following:
       0. ASAP - Electing a Chair
       1. ASAP - Explain the issues surrounding merch and
       tv/broadcasting, and ALL other topipcs to the fan community to
       make them aware. ENSURING all the main topics are up for the
       fans to digest.
       1b. ASAP - Volunteers to take on the four main topic threads for
       compiling suggestions/pros/cons
       2. Up to 23rd AUG - Fans contribute to ALL the main topics as
       minuted by Andy.
       3. 26th AUG - Collate the information and share to committee
       members as an agenda for discussing
       4. 28th AUG - Have an online meeting (maybe via a phone
       conference call app or here)
       5. 28th AUG - Decide on THE issue we want to submit in the
       Autumn
       6. 30th AUG - Minutes to be shared
       7. 5th SEPT - Proposal drawn up
       8. 8th SEPT - Review of proposal
       9. 12th SEPT - 2nd draft drawn up
       10. TBA - 2nd Meeting w/ NFL UK - MARK inquiring about date.
       This gives us some structure and surely will help us move
       forward.
       Any input about timescales? And is everyone happy with this?

       Hi, I'm with this but as in the "resignation" thread I would
       like to see us all vote on the Chair ASAP too?

       Well I think this is a good idea - we need a plan. It has seemed
       we are like driftwood on the current at times.. firm agenda is
       needed.

       Since when did Merchandise and TV broadcasting become top of the
       pile. It is clear that the merchandise is being taken over by
       Kitbag, although their are issues in relation to
       cost/availabilty/selection I wouldn't say there is much in that
       topic at this time to make it top of the pile. It can be there
       to discuss as an issue at the table.
       TV Rights what at this juncture can the fan do with this
       subject. Nothing, it is a subject best visited during the
       committes tenure building a strong case for certain aspects to
       be changed or at least looked at by the Broadcaster.
       These two issues are very apparent by reading the comments on
       NFLUK, and it is clear what the fans want.
       The one topic which should be there is the IS game, and it
       isn't! The perfect platform to engage with the fans and to build
       up the fan membership surely that is what we are aiming for at
       this time. Keep in mind we are here to facilitate the fans but
       also to increase the fanbase.

       My fault for not being clear.
       I know all the main topics have been put out there for fans to
       comment on what they want.
       From the glance i had of it a couple of days ago, there wasn't
       anything indicating what we learned from Allistar about Merch
       (kitbag) and TV?broadcasting (hands tied in ie REDZONE), and if
       we informed them of what we knew, then we might find the
       informed fans will feedback on things such as the IS.
       So all the main items would be tabled.
       I am 100% behind increasing the fanbase, as you can see from the
       Fan Club thread.
       This thread was about setting up a timescale to get things done,
       and it just needs tweaking from other members of the committee.
       But the question is, are you happy with the structure of
       timescales and if not, which points do you think need
       adjusting/added/removed.
       Here is an updated version (again a suggestion only):

       I was referring to the I.S being missing from the agenda. As you
       can see some of my comments about the TV/Mech topics, which
       doesnt preclude them from being discussed. My view is lets
       concentrate on a subject that is attainable and will build up
       confidence by the committe to deal with matters, which should
       see a greater confidence and trust by the fans and NFLUK in the
       committee dealing with subjects.

       I totally agree with that. that's why i think it wise to let the
       fan community be more  informed with the things that aren't
       really attainable .
       So the issues and timetables timescales are fine with u?
       I think we will find the topic we most likely deal with is the
       is and expanding the fanbase . it makes sense but they still
       have to be put the the people.
