If Shameer fixes things, great. Nevertheless, let's ask Roberto
to pick up where he left off.

One other point: even if Shameer comes through and
fixes/upgrades the current board, someone else needs to
adminster it and have control over it. If Shameer insists on
retaining control, I think we still need to go elsewhere. It's
obvious that whatever his personal situation is (married, busy
with work, health), he has neither the time or interest required
to keep this board afloat.
We should insist that the board no longer be held hostage by a
guy who is neither actively involved in it nor really cares much
for the task. That's not a judgment on Shameer, we all owe him a
debt of gratitude and I appreciate all he's done for us. But the
time where it makes sense for him to be running this is well
past.

Rick: That won't happen. I asked Sham (such an appropriate
name) if he would simply turn over the codes to PX's man to make
it easier. But, to the best of my knowledge, that never
happened.

If that's the case and Shameer is neither willing to cede
control of the board to someone else, nor take the appropriately
active role required to properly maintain the board, then our
choice is clear. We need to develop Ricardo's board and switch
to it, regardless of what Shameer does with the current board.
The board, in my opinion, needs to meet two prerequisites:
1. It needs to be functional, workable and stable.
2. It needs to be administered by someone who is actively
engaged in the board and will do the minimal things required to
keep the board in good stead.
If either of these is not met, we have a problem. Shameer is
simply no longer willing or able to fulfill the duties of #2. So
even if he does #1, to me, it's irrelevant. We need both.
