AVENGERS TOWER
"You dont put the coupling drive next to the power source Alex!"
"Oh so sorry Mr. Stark please just forget the fact that im a
certifiable expert when it comes to most things tech." "I dont
know which is worse the fact that your so condecending or the
fact that" "hey" spiderman says "its mrs. Marvel please stop
fighting guys." Mrs marvel lands on the hellicopter pad and
walks over to the group. "Whats going on? Never mind I dont
care. Are we having a meeting or?" "Cap your the leader here
tell Alex to stop touching my stuff." "Play nice tony."
Suddenly an golden beam comes from space and heads directly for
a plane. Iron man says "guys we got a thing here." "Incoming!"
The beam hits the wing of the plane and continues to fall to the
ground. Iron man, mrs.marvel, and thor race to the plane.the
beam hits the empire state building taking off the top if it.
Thor says "metal man make sure the building dose not fall on to
the city I have this!" Thor forms a cyclone around the plane
trying to guide it somewhere safe. As the building toppels
spiderman webs it uo saving the people beneath. "Aaaand your
welcome those are official spiderman brand webs by the way not
sold in stores. "Thats it im moving." Thor gides the plane on to
the water as captain america and team move into the impact zone.
They find the cause of the impact is Nova. He tries ti get up
from his position but falls onto his leg cap runs to him "get a
medical crew in here stat! Nova, its rogers are you there?" "Its
coming." "**** the pronoun game what is coming!" Alex says.
"Pheonix." And with that nova passes out.
AVENGERS MANSION
The Avengers and back ups are in the meeting hall as captain
america begins to talk. "Avengers. I wish I had better news and
a better reason to bring you all here. Everything im about to
tell you is of course, at the highest level of top secret
information. Im counting on your discretion. Do not speak to the
press. The thing chimes in "whats the rub cap?" "Who here knows
what the pheonix force is?" "Goddess." Storm leaves the room.
Panther tries to stop her. "Let storm go panther, she knows
where she has to be. The pheonix force is headed for earth we
belive that it is targeting a young girl on the mutant island of
Utopia." "For those that dont know the pheonix force is, well in
laymans terms it is a cosmic force of destruction that lays
waste to everything in its path." "Why is the end of the world
never being smithered to death by cake and supermodels?"
Spiderman says. Captain america says "tony stark has a hand
selected group who will be working how to intercept ir contain
the force. Thor will be leading a crew to space to try to
intercpet. The rest of us will be heading to utopia right now to
extract the girl off the island and off the planet."
Mrs marvel says "cyclops isint going to like that." "Not sure I
do either." Says thing spiderwoman says "why?" Alex stands up
"because whenever people are in danger or fear for there lives
what do they do? Turn to god to save them. Happens every time,
so when there are only 200 of your people left alive what are
you going to do? Paint the death of all life as your savior
because it came from one of there dead mutant buddies. Im
hoping they choose logic over reason but they have cole and
cyclops. They dont do logic very well." Mrs marvel says "i dont
think you understand cyclops and the girls relationship to the
pheonix thing very well." "Oh I do." "Hes going to eyebeam you
off his front lawn." Captain america says "I will try everything
in my power to not let that happen... but in case it does im
going to need all of you to suit up and get ready. Now I cant
force anyone one of you to help your not enlisted.but this means
stopping the end of days so Avengers Assemble!
HELLICARRIER
"Cole report to the bridge!" Cole puts on his armor and flies to
meer fury whos lookibg over the water. "Whats going on Sir?"
"The avengers are going to Utopia in obe hour and were providing
back uo get ready." "Uhh with all due respect sir why?" "The
pheonix force is on its way and were going to take hope summers
off world to think of a plan. Were going in case of there being
any...Complications." "sir your talking about a fight..." cole
walks away "where are you going," "Home sir. If the pheonix is
finally coming and you all want to go to war over it... Family
is more important than a job or have you forgot im a mutant!"
"No cole I haven't. Thays why I brought you up here so you can
make a choice. . Good luck cole." Cole uses his rocket boots and
flies down to Utopia.

UTOPIA ISLAND HOME OF THE XMEN
Scot and Hope summers are having a training session "Again! Get
uo hope. Were going again." "What am I supposed to be learning
from this training again cyclops?" "Life, up." "This timw with
powers." "Absolutly not." "Youre no damn fun." "Im training you
to be better than that." "Better tham my best?" "Your powers
dont define you. There are human rights now, there are humans
that are looking for ways to take away your mutanr power. How
are you going to fight them?" "Is this how professor x trained
you?" Cyclops shoots her with an eye beam "absolutley." "What
the hell man you said no powers!" "No powers for you, again!"
The two begin to fight once again.
Hope falls to the ground "again!" "Why are you riding me so
hard?" "Again!" "What is going to happen to me?" Again!" The
pheonix force forms around her and blasts scott sending him
flying back. "Okay what was that?"

WHITE HOUSE
Iron man and captain america brief the president and the
secritary of defence on what is going on. Captain america says
"since the arrival of several alien beings you have wanted to be
briefed on interstellar activites." "Last night we intercepted
one of the members of the nova corps and he came with vague yet
ominous message. Before slipping into a coma." "The scorch marks
and wear and tear on his uniform lead us to belive that he
survived a conflict with an immense energy source." "We had both
thor and tony do personal and satellite recon. "What we found
was disturbing. We discovered an energy signature in novas
uniform. And as luck would have it weve actually been searching
for this exact signautureever since jean grey dissapered." "The
signal was jean grey of the xmen." "Once I locked on to the
energy signature I was able to backtrack novas arc of travel. I
have run this math fifty different ways... it is coming here.
The phoenix force is heading for earth." "If it finds its
host... when it finds its host we need to deal with it."
Suddenly a loud screech is heard. "What was that?" "I set
programs to alert me if an energy signature similar to the
pheonix force flaresup anywhere on the globe." "And it just
did?" "Yep." "Where?"
[JEAN GREY SCHOOL FOR HIGHER LEARNING]
Wolverine sits on a couch in disbelif as Alex stands close by.
"The pheonix back on earth?" "Yes.. you were there whem it first
came to earth and you saw what jean did to try to contain it."
"And it diddint even work." "You know where its going?"
"Everyone in the mutant community knows where its going." "Than
we need to make scott summers work with us. I need the xmen and
avengers to work together to-" " if the pheonix dies so does
coles wish to keep the mutant race going. And scotts only chance
at some sort of happiness. If its here they will both have an
agenda. And they wont even see it that way. I know em they dont
let things go easily." "Then can I count on you and the school?"
"I founded this school to make sure these kids stay out of
fights." "Then can I count on you?"

Scott, cole, emma frost, namor, and magneto stand infront of the
ocean on Utopia.
"The pheonix force may be the game changer for the mutant
people." Cole says. "But how do we turn the tide?" Asks namor
scott answers "power. True power to put the world back on
track." "Your sounding a lot like me now scott." Magneto says
cole says "but hes not wrong. What happened tous was unnatural.
99% of us stripped of our power. Theres only 200 of us even
left! Were an endangeres species when we we. Supposed to be the
next stage of human ebolution." Scott says "there has to be a
reason why thw pheonix force always comes back to us. Looking
for someone." "Because it brings destuction and death." Says
frost "and rebirth always rebirth. If we trin her all of us.
Prepare her we can prevemt ir from killing anyone but still save
our kind." Emma interupts "scott cole. Youll never belive who
just showed up."
On the beach of utopia stands Captain America and Alex Mercer.
"What are they doing here?" "Theyre here for you hope."
"Cyclops" "cap" "virus" "mutie" "we need to take hope into
protective custody." "Because?" "The pheonix force is coming and
our experts feel the target is her." "Yo. Experts? You mean
Wolverine and the Badger? Shes a mutant this is a mutant problem
we will handle it." "This is a human problem if she is the
pheonixs vessel we can handle it." "If its a human problem that
still dosenr explain why its here." "Maybe the pheonix is a
force of rebirth for me and my people." "Logan warned me you two
would be to close to this. You have control issues but leader,
to leader,to leader, to leader you have to trust us." "Im to
close to it virus! Mayne youre to far away! As you always are.
Where were you for us for the murants except when you need
something!" "Respectfully you want to have this discussion? Fine
but right now we have a destructive force on its way and we need
ri stop it." "Respectfully, get the hell off our land." "You
understand Cap and I arenr asking?" "I understood that
completley." Cyclops and cole fire their ion and eye beams at
the two men sending them back. Captain america gets iut of the
water and says "Avengers assemble!"
The hellicarier gets out of cloak mode as all the avengers pour
out of it.

Cole presses a button on his wrist and speaks into the embedded
comunicator. "All X-men, we need back up. Come to my
Location."
Cyclops looks at Cole.
"Lets hold them off as best we can until they get here."
Everyone nods and rushes the group. Cole focuses mainly on Alex
rushing and tackling him into the large mass of heroes, When
they hit the ground, he starts punching the viruses face.
Before too long, Iron Man grabs Cole off of Alex and throws him
into the air. They both start to battle in the air, rushing
each other. When they meet, they blast each other backward,
Cole crashing through the Helicarrier and Iron Man into the
ground, creating a huge crater in the middle of the battle of
Cyclops and Cap. By this time, the backup of mutants arrive,
including Dante, Coles best friend.

"Ow." Alex gets up and sees the fighting he turns to see the
badger fighting nightcrawler. He runs to him and kicks him in
the back of the head, as he stirs he says to him "get wolverine
and get to the girl he will know where to go!" As he runs off he
sees someone running towards him he hits the man in the face
until realizing it's the juggernaut.

Omar delevega sits in his mandion and flips the TV to the news
and sees a live feed of the destruction. "Ha! That will show the
bastards." But he sees a man in armor hitting iron man. Hooo
does he think he is!" Owlman breaks into a run into the bird
cage and dawns his prototype armor. Powered by an ancient
jinjuriki this armor was designed to defeat the members of the
justice league. But in this situation it will work well. The
midnight black suit is only visible by the red neon lines that
travel through the hood. And the metal wings that make it
resemble an owl.
Owl man arrives at the island and gets ready to hit Cole until
he is hit by a bus. "God damno it what the **** is happening
**** balls ****!" He looks up and sees the master of magnetism
magneto standing above him. "Boy this is not your fight." I feel
the fillings in my teeth rattle and I know it's on.

I fire repulsors at magneto but his shield just absorbs it. He
flicks his hand but nothing happens, magneto slighty confused
gets hit by some truth. "Confused old man? You shouldint be.
Carbon nanotubes throughout the suit protects me from your
flicking crap. Now where was i?" I have no chance to get
through his shield but if I keep this up its just a couple more
seconds before my EMP charges. And then.. boom. Is that some
sweat magnus? Like my pal and sometimes tennis partner Mike
Tyson says "everybody's got a plan until they get punched in the
mouth." Magneto lifts up one of the islands wind turbines and
drops it on me. "Oh dear I can't control your suit. However will
I defend myself? "

The juggernaught. Chose by cytorakk to do as much damage as
possible. Enemy of the xmen, impossible to stop when in motion.
So of course hes running right at me. I pretend to stop him and
get around him and using his momentum to try to throw him. He
grabs my hand as we both go crashing into the ocean floor
beneath utopia. He begins to hit me as hard as above the water
but he can't run as well. But as he continues to move faster
toward me again I think I might have been wrong on that point.

Cole looks around at the room he crashed into, his room. He
quickly sees all the suits and changes into a new one of them,
his stealth suit. He then sends the remaining suits (normal,
speed, strength, and magnetism) out to battle Iron Man. Cole
uses his suit to turn invisible.
----------------------------------
Juggernaut continues rushing Alex, gaining speed. Even
underwater he seems to be unaffected.
