My name is Barry Allen. And im the fastest man alive. Or I would
be if quicksilver wasint...on something.
Quicksilver runs up to prototype but the flash throws him out
of the way.
Quicksilver chases after the flash. Quicksilver throws bricks at
the flash as he vibrates through them . I have a feeling he's
gotten some military training, if I don't start thinking like
him I'm in trouble.
The flash takes off past quicksilver.
It's times like this I wish that Donovin was here. He'd give
some useless fact and beat the dude... I think he called them
flash facts.
So here goes. Relatisitc effects take over as a body approaches
light speed. Visual input will begin to blue shift and my
bodies mass will increase near infinity. At these speeds I'll
look like a constant beam of light. I could hit him a thousand
times before he could blink, but one should do it.
I wonder how fast he's traveling? He's going at least 11 miles
an hour, that's escape velocity by the way.

The human target reaches the scene and gets to owlman.
"Bolt.... Grab the black widow....bring her to.....the base."
"but-" "I need to go now bolt. stay safe." Sheild operatives
arrive and put him in hamdcuffs. as the human target stands on a
building and watches as he is taken away.

The hell icarrier is greeted by the worst prisoner they've ever
had. Tesla. He tries to move and juggernaught breaks his legs
and prototype throws him at a wall. As he tries to say something
he is shot by SHEILA and tossed into a all glass tube in a room
made of plastic with no electronics on his floor surronded by
EMP generators made of an alloy made by owlman himslef. Every
ten seconds an EMP goes off and I under constant watch and the
guards all have plastic gear. In case of emergency the cell
could drop inot the sky and the cell detonated with a hydrogen
bomb and the remains are thrown at Mach 10 surronded by a cold
field to stop the flash and hits the ground detonating anything.
fuck you tesla.

Sonic Riku also has a mental block placed into teslas head
preventing him from activating his powers
it's a good buisness decision
