STARK TOWER
Many of Earth's mightiest heroes sit in silence the mutant and
superhuman registration act kicks in at midnight and fury and
others havent been seen since the funeral. I've had Cage and
Richards tell me I should join their sides I don't care. I'm
only doing what will keep my sister safe.
The clock strikes midnight as shield agents come into the
building,
"Alright guys come on in and sign on the dotted line."
Alex Mercer the most wanted man in the world goes in to make a
decision that will decide his and sisters future.

WATCHTOWER
"Man I cannot handle these feels. First the flash dies I become
the new one and ever since I've gotten dirty looks from every
leaguer some have even said I don't deserve to wear it....maybe
they're right. Supermans dissapeared no one's seen him for
weeks. same for batman.
The clock strikes midnight as the teleporter to stark towers
come online.
"The fastest man alive about to take his time and read a
contract...fun."

Before the flash walks through the teleporter, it goes offline.
The hooded teen from the funeral stands in the corner of the
room, watching the confused speedster. He speaks in a familiar
tone, "Wow, the great Barry Allen is going to fight against the
freedom of mutants? Now that's surprising..."

population anymore, what all 300 of them? And you can protect my
iris? From the U.S freaken government! I almost got caught by
them my damn self. you couldint protect fury, you couldint
protect anybody if you could ultron wouldint have gone all killy
and many people would be alive! It's time to face the music

Maria hill waits behind a desk in a long hallway surronded by
guards of S.H.E.I.L.D. Troopers as the prototype and the flash
enter the room.
"Hey alex." "Your not Him." "What?" "you have a different heat
signature and you didn't immidetly try to get my jacket off. you
might want to think of changing suits, people still are sore."
"Ya I've been getting that alot."
"Gentle men please sign the papers and we can begin working for
a greater tomorrow. And....where's batman?" "Batman smells,
joker got away, hell even the batmobile lost a wheel."
".....charming."
the two men walk up as alex signs the document and hands it to
the flash."

As Barry holds the pen, he has a "flash" back to the end of the
conversation.
"I'd like you to know that Fury is fine... I also wasn't around
during the last Ultron attack. You can face the music if you
want, but I'll just continue to play my own."
Tesla snaps his fingers and the portal turns back on.
"I'm not forcing you to do anything, just helping you make the
right choice. Either be a hero among the freedom fighters, or
another pawn in the mutant version of the third reich. Either
way don't tell Gushtoppo, if you know who that is."
Barry looked at Tesla and walked through the portal. Tesla
placed something in a control panel in the watchtower, and hit
a button causing Dante to teleport him back.

I think of the people I care about. Iris, Wally, my
grandparents. And u imagine there houses being Rade by
S.H.E.I.L.D taken prisoner by them to get too me. But I also
think about what being the flash means. The mask allows me to
help everybody but is fighting a war against the government the
way to do it? These people are scared of us I can help bring
that trust back. But I look into hills eyes and all I see is
contempt. She dosent care who I am just another sdier. I'm more
of an individual kinda guy anyway.
in the blink of an eye the guards are dispatched and a note is
ithe hands of the prototype.
"Sorry gotta run!

HELL I CARRIER
Any word from the big guys?" Asks one of the lieutenants Next to
Maria hill. "Batmans gone underground, supermans in his fortress
from our last report. And iron man is doing his best to get as
many people as possible to register." "And cap?" "Were about to
find out."
The door busts open and captain america walks in. "You can't do
this hill this is unconstitutional!" "But dressing as a
vigilante and causing untold numbers of dollars wasted in
damages and unwanted deaths is ok? steve think rationally the
government would never do anything that wasint for the people!"
"...then maybe the government's wrong." He launches his sheild
and hits several soldiers as they shoot tranqs. The tranqs hist
the sheild as he dives out of the plexiglass glass onto a
fighter jet. He breaks through to the cockpit and says "son if
you want your head attached I'd keep flying."
"Orders mam!" "Assemble task force x. The suicide squad just got
abother job."

suddenly the room becomes covered in smoke as lasers start
appearing from out of nowhere. The doors kick open as the
smoothest motherfucker in the universe enters the room.
"Hey baby! Ever got yo asshole licked by a Fatman in spandex?!"
His partner in crime the darker than midnight binshou enters the
room. "Damn yall better have some Popeyes up in here!"
"Gentlemen please just sign the-" "how about you sign this
dick." "....so you have access to spy networks right?" "Why yes
we do." "Can you track down my father? He's alluded me for 25
years." "...can you just-" "we get paid for this right?" "What
is the retirement benifits?"
"Yes! You will get paid! We can offer you as much money as you
want!" ".....what is your policy on.....substances that might
not be legal?" Asks yolo. "Ya and what about drugs?"
"they are illegal-" "well we're outtie see ya around." The two
walk out the door before they are stopped by the guards.
"In your case I supposes I could pass it off as a special force
thing." "One more question then. Roses or daisies?" "Roses?"
"Good so now we know what to put on your grave after we murder
that pu-" they are shoved out the door before they can finish
the sentence because she's a bitch.
