       Supreme Court - New Republica vs The Repuclic of New Americas
       USA
       Court case 003
       Plaintiff: New Republica
       Defendant: The Republic of New Americas USA
       Charged with Election Fraud
       Reason: The defendant is believed to have illegally voted or
       cheated on a New Republican election.
       Plea: Not Guilty
       Options:
       Extreme:  Not able to run for office, removed from office and
       ejected from region apology letter to all nations with new
       Republica.
       Extreme: Not able to run for office, removed from Office and
       ejected and banned from region apology letter to all nations
       with new Republica.
       Weak: Temporarily unable to run for office, removed from office.
       Weak: removed from office with apology letter to all nations
       with new Republica
       Result:The defendant will "Temporarily be unable to run for
       office, removed from office if the executive or founder see
       fit".
       Decision Because the defendant missed his trial date and given
       all the evidence against him I find him guilty for Election
       fraud. He will however be given the right to appeal given that
       the other Judges were unable to attend the trial, if both of the
       other judges disagree with my decision then there will be a

       Seeing as both judges have agreed with my decision, my verdict
       is final. However because the executive office has the power to
       enforce the new one vote per I.P law I hand them the task of
       dealing with this issue however they see fit, I do however
       recommend we hold new elections as the winners won unfairly.
