[U] The Recall Act of 2013 [/u]
We the nations of New Republica vote for who we believe will
fufill are needs and requests in office. It is a known fact that
sometimes elected officials become unwanted.
Define: The nations of New Republica decide to remove a
offical from office
[U] Process for presidental recall and vp recall: [/u]
1. A nation calls forth a recall
2. The nation gets 2 sponsers
3. A vote is placed on forums for 24 hr
4. If vote passed, new elections will be held
[U] Process for senatoral recall: [/u]
1 Nation calls forth a recall
2. Nation needs 1 sponser
3. Vote is placed for 12 hr on forums
4. If recall passed, new election is held
[U] Process for secatary recall [/u]
1. Nation calls forth recall
2. A trial in court is held
3. The person who called recall vs secatary
4. The judges decide to remove or not
[B] Probal case for recall includes
1. Inactivity (unannounced for 2 weeks or more)
2. Brakes a law
3. Failure to help and assit the needs of new republica
Rules and Limits
1. A nation can only call a recall once a week on the samer
person
2. If the recall is voted down, the elected offical returns to
work
3. Recalls must have a valid reason

You have to contact one of the Senators in order to propose an
amendment.

Without any definition of what the minimum number of total votes
needed for a recall to be held, I cannot support this
legislation.

Its 3/4 requirment meaning out of every 4 people who vote, 3 of
them must be in favor of the recall

I understand the 3/4 requirement. I mean, out of the 244 member
nations, how many are needed for a recall to be held?

Due to the amount of innactivity, it would be only the 3/4 rule
of all active natioms

This is just not specific enough. You say that officials may
become unwanted but that is not probable cause for them to be
removed from office. I believe an elected official should not be
able to be removed for that sole reason (again becaus eyou
didn't specify why they would become unwanted) but if they abuse
their power or break a law (I can see how an elected official
might become unwanted by doing this). We don't people trying to
get rid of elected official simple because they don't like
them...
